SC HI 164 Birthright Citizenship: Political Belonging and Exclusion in US History / FA 25 / Prof Alcenat

Welcome and Key Databases for Secondary (Scholarly) Resources

Welcome!  Your Family Ties assignment for Birthright Citizenship requires you to find broader historical theme around your family's history for your research paper.  The databases in this guide may help you find sources to choose the theme and will also will help you find sources to back up that theme or themes  in your paper.  Please note that one of the databases that may help you find primary sources is Ancestry Library, the academic version of Ancestry.com. Note also that these are selected databases; for additional options, try other research guides, particularly the US History guide.  Please do no forget that I and other librarians are here to help you.
