The basic citation format for a periodical article is:
Author(s). "Title of the Article." Periodical Title, vol. volume number, no. issue number, publication date [Day Mon Year], pp. [page numbers]. Name of Database [if used], URL, Web Address, or DOI [if it accessed online].
