Through finals week, MCAPS will be open for crisis services from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Please call first (909-621-8202) so that we can speak with you and determine the best way to meet your needs at this time.
In addition, ALL students now have access to 7C.Health, which provides 24/7 medical and mental telehealth care for all students, at no cost! . Register now and use the service when you need it.
Crisis support via telephone will continue to be available to all students, whether on or off campus, 24 hours/day. To access this service, please call us at 909-621-8202, and either request to be transferred to an on-call therapist for a phone assessment, or after hours press “1” to be connected to an on-call therapist. The on-call therapist will also be able to assist you in finding a local referral in your area, if needed.
On this page, you will find online resources available to you from The Claremont Colleges and The Claremont Colleges Library, as well as resources available on the open web, to help you de-stress during finals week. Hoopla is a digital platform to which public libraries subscribe, and which offers public library patrons the option to borrow streaming music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows.
Do you have a public library card? If yes, great! If not, see if you can get a public library card in person or online.
Check to see if your public library has access to Hoopla (usually under Databases or Digital Resources). Create an account using the email address attached to your library account.
Once you add your email and password, you'll see your public library(s) listed. Choose your library!
