This toolkit has been created for students who wish to use the oral history collections at The Claremont Colleges Library, or who wish to conduct oral history projects.
To accompany any oral history and supplemental documentation/objects to be donated to Special Collections, The Claremont Colleges Library. To be signed by the interviewer.
Consent to participate in oral history and agreement to release oral history to Special Collections. Two forms should be submitted; one signed by interviewer and one signed by interviewee.
Form used to document images, ephemera and other materials received from narrator/interviewee to be kept as part of the oral history package. Should be accompanied by Deed of Gift Form.
List of proper names or phrase and/or idiomatic words that may be specific to narrator/interviewee and/or topics discussed. Opportunity to ensure correct spelling, etc.
