I lead the library’s strategy in budgeting, selecting, managing, and making discoverable information resources in all formats, in close collaboration with other members of the Library Leadership Team. I plan, allocate, and oversee the library’s complex materials budget, including institutional appropriations and supplementary funding. I guide and coordinate the operations of the following units within my division: Collection Management and Acquisitions, Cataloging & Metadata, including E-resources, Resource Sharing, and Library Systems.
