As the Senior Director of the Research, Teaching, & User Services (RTUS) Division, I manage the group of subject and teaching librarians and staff who aim to provide exceptional user and learner centered services. Librarians provide customized information and digital literacy instruction for 7C courses, in person and online research support services, and select materials in to support the curriculum and research needs of faculty and students, and conduct outreach to the colleges. User Services staff are the first point of contact for members of the 7C community using our building. They are the first impression and ensure that our users have a welcoming and positive experience as they access the library's collections and spaces.
