For your annotated bibliography and final paper, you will need at least ten scholarly sources. Below are listed the main databases in Music, such as The Music Periodicals Index and RILM, which are the best place to find these articles. The course also will lead you to Music Research Guide and research guides in other subjects (such as history) that might also be helpful. The guide also has tabs (on the left hand side) that cover some of the same topics we went over in our library session: evaluating information, search strategies, and information about citation and the Zotero bibliographic management system.
Above all, please remember Librarians are here to help you! Please feel free to contact me or make an appointment with me -- or with other librarians.
