Why has the library chosen to support RefWorks, Zotero and Mendeley?

The library subscribes to RefWorks and it is a reliable citation management tool.

Zotero is a "freemium" tool developed by a nonprofit organization. It is also reliable and a popular tool used by our undergraduate/graduate students and faculty.

Mendeley is a "freemium" tool. It is a popular tool primarily used by our graduate students and faculty. It provides unique functions (academic social network, PDF organization, etc.) not available in other tools.
