      Publishing a Course Guide

See this page for 3 important steps to take before you publish a course guide.

      Published Guides

Published guides appear on the LibGuides home page http://libguides.libraries.claremont.edu and are searchable in the LibGuides search box and on the web.

      Private Guides

Private guides do not appear on the LibGuides home page and are not searchable in the LibGuides search.
Users need a URL to access ( or can find them by doing a Google search).

N.B: Private guides are not truly private, so do not include passwords or other private information.

      Unpublished Guides

Only a guide's owner or a LibGuides administrator can see the content of an unpublished guide.
