Find Books using Blais, Link + and WorldCat
- Blais/the Library's OPACYou can search for books, videos and DVDs, music scores, and other materials in Blais, the online catalog. There are many ways to search; for example, by author, by title, or by keyword. If the library does not own the book, check Link+ below.
- Link + LINK+ is a union catalog of contributed holdings from participating libraries in California and Nevada. Patrons from member libraries electronically request an item not available in their own library and it is delivered to them for check-out. LINK+ is available to authorized patrons of the participating libraries.
- WorldCat For a comprehensive book search on a very difficult topic or a comprehensive dissertation level research project, search WorldCat, a book catalog with worldwide access - many books found there are accessible via InterLibrary Loan.

Reference Management Software
- RefWorks
A web-based system to create and manage your own database of articles, web pages, and other resources for your research. Use the records in your database to format notes and bibliographies in the appropriate style (MLA, APA, etc.) for your papers. - EndnoteEndnote is available from the bookstore at a student rate (around $100) and has a web-based version called Endnote Web which is available to CUC users. This software is more powerful, but less effective for collaboration than Refworks
- Zotero"Zotero [zoh-TAIR-oh] is a free, easy-to-use tool to help you collect, organize, cite, and share your research sources. It lives right where you do your work—in the web browser itself."
