Data Viz Wall and Projector

Data Viz Wall:

The Data Viz Wall offers you a flexible way to make presentations. You can use all four screens together as one large screen (Fullview), or you can use a separate input for each of the screens and display four different images (Quadview).

Projecting in Fullview Mode (using all four screens as one big screen)

  1. There are 3 HDMI cables on the ground next to the small black cabinet numbered 1-3. There are also HDMI extension cables hanging on the column to the left of the Data Viz wall.

  1. Pick any of the available HDMI extension cables and connect one side to your laptop and using the coupler connect the other end to one of the numbered cables.

Note: If your laptop does not have an HDMI input, there are adapters available at the Services Desk.

  1. Turn on the CRESTRON control panel located on the column to the left of the Data Viz Wall by tapping the power button. Enter “1-2-3-4-5-6” into the code box and press ENTER.

  1. On the control panel, drag the image of the smaller numbered screen, corresponding to the numbered HDMI cable, onto the image with the computer screen and select Fullview. If you laptop is connected to the HDMI cables, the screens should turn on at this time.

NOTE: If a screen on the Data Viz Wall is not turning on, aim the remote at the side of the screen at the locations marked by orange stickers (you may have to do this for both the screens on the right and left). Some screens may take longer than others to turn on.
